XO's rapid growth in the VOIP market, and rapid turn around on billing system enhancments for 3rd party carriers was facilitated by Amped Labs consulting in 2006.  Amped Labs professional services provided support and development for the upgrade of XO's Portal Infranet Billing System to version 7.2.
