Although its not recommended, you can install Oracle Grid Control on an unsupported OS.  Today we installed Grid Control Server and an agent on Fedora core 9.  The important thing to note: be sure you have a 64 bit client if you intend to install on a 64 bit OS, and you have the 64bit glibc.  Aside from that the basics of the installation are outlined here:
